# Trouble with mercurial to git migration

Hi @rick,

Upon some further investigation, this could be related to a TLS version issue on Windows 7. Unfortunately we don’t have a Windows 7 machine to test on as Microsoft has stopped supporting it.

However, you could try to enable TLS 1.2 by following [these instructions](https://support.cybersource.com/s/article/How-do-I-enable-TLS-1-2-on-Windows-7)
