Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows. Click OK the restart the computer and then restart the installation.

We’re really sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with your Linx 1020 device. Unfortunately, we are a completely different company. We supply an application called Linx which is used for automation and integration between systems. You can read more about it here: https://linx.software . Unfortunately it seems like your device is from a company called Linx Tablets (https://linxtablets). But it no longer exists. I’ve only found archived versions of it: Linx 1020
The device does look like a nice PC. Good luck with getting it running.
